The coaching program is a 4-week program designed to train and improve your freediving.
Each week you will have two personalized training sessions. Both sessions are 1-on-1 with me so that we can address any questions, techniques, goals, and difficulties being faced throughout your training.
In addition to your 1-on-1 sessions we will schedule workouts and practice for you to do throughout each week at home on your own.
What to expect:
This is a month of committed training, so be prepared to make time for exercises for 4-5 days each week. You'll only get out of it what you put into it.
Our sessions together will include various training methods including, but not limited to, line diving, pool training, weight lifting, etc...
Due to the nature of this training having access to your own gym and pool is recommended. However, it is not necessary.
Sometimes we just need one day dedicated to technique. If a month-long program seems too much of a time commitment, or you just want to fine tune something in your diving, an individual private session will be what you want.
Individual sessions are for the day. Your coach will spend time talking shop, learning where you are at and what you hope to work on. You can plan on being in the water between 1.5 - 2 hours, and the coach will debrief the session at the end. Feedback for what you will want to work on in your training, and how to improve the observed areas of weakness will also be discussed.
