Intro to Freediving

This course breaks down the information and skills learned in the first day of Level 1 over the course of 2 days. Students will get the same quality of education and training, minus the stress of getting into the open water while still developing comfort with the skills.

About the event
Once this course is completed students can finish the Level 1 certification at any time by attending a Level 1 open water session.
Schedule:
Day 1 - 8am-4pm @ Spear America San Diego
Day 2 - 8am-12pm @ The Salvation Army Kroc Center Pool
